If you click on the image twice you can see it original size... But you know that. Gosh, I'm so exhausted... I'm going to sleep forever now.
And ramble about this after that.

I had such a problem with the metal part, ughhh, it was just really ugly when i cut it out from caps. And then your tutorial came into my hands. And fabric. Oh god. It looks perfect. Thank you so much!

Bw I got real lenses from my two old halogen lamps. They're just perfect size, and I bet nobody considered this option, so it's just a small "fyi". :)

Oh that's great!, I'm glad I helped:D

Fabric+cardboard does work, though it's not as fancy as leather and metal... or halogen lamps, that's a great idea!:)

Today I bought leather jacket at second-hand shop, so I got leather instead of fabric in the end. This jacket's sleeve was burnt from cigarettes, so it was quite cheap :D
I still have to buy some black paint transparent enough to see through it. I need dark lenses for Horuss cosplay :P

Thanks again, this tutorial is helpfull as hell~

Aw, I wish I had a second-hand shop nearby! But I do have some leather, so right now I'm working on some leather goggles too:nod:

Mmmm, why don't you just apply a very thin layer of paint? Or you could put some black paper(or napkins) on the inside of the goggles?:)

I've tried both nail polish and paint, but I couldn't see anything. I mean, it was very blurry :P I bought this paint already and they lie on the windowstill, drying up :)
